The AIS System is a registered trademark that uses different logos to identify the certified environments and technical documentation, in addition to the entities that subscribed collaboration or authorization agreements.
These logotypes cannot be altered in anyway regarding colours, dimensions, not they can include any corporative images from other entities.
The use of the following images is restricted and must be authorized under express consent by the ARS Foundation. If you wish to use any of them with the aim of communication you should contact us at comunicacion@arsfundacion.org.

Where should I look to find out whether an environment is certified?
The companies that have certified built, digital environments as well as products with AIS have three elements to prove it: The AIS Certificate, the AIS Plaque and the logo of being a certified entity. Entities inform about the accessibility level obtained by using different platforms: through websites, pamphlets or physically.
AIS Certificate
It is a document that clearly identifies a certificated environment as well as the application typology, stars obtained and other relevant information regarding the application of the Standard AIS at the time the Certificate has been issued.
AIS Plaques
Plaques can be placed in the certified physical space as well as in promotional and marketing items. They are available in Spanish and English.
Independent authorized manufacturers produce the physical plaques in several materials to ensure they adapt easily to the pre-existing designed spaces. These plaques are available in any of the five Levels obtained.

Identifies companies or public / private entities entitled to a certified object.
How do I identify companies that have current agreement with AIS?
The ARS Foundation subscribes two different types of agreements with companies and entities: cooperation or authorisation agreements. These agreements define the nature of the relationship between AIS and other entities regarding the use and dissemination of the approved logotypes in each case.
Partner Entity
An entity that after signing the agreement is entitled to present or communicate the AIS System. It also applies to those that having an expertise in an specific support product is qualified to implement, produce, or design any of the improvements recommended by the AIS System according to the technical requirements.
Authorized Entity
Any entity that has been authorized for the use and application of the Technical specifications compiled in the AIS 1/2018 Regulation (the sum of protocols, methodologies, tools, criteria, indicators that form the AIS System) once they have completed a training process and updated their license.
